These Terms govern your use of services provided by Student Expedition Extras FZE (“SEE FZE”) and Student Expedition Extras Limited (“SEE Ltd”) (together “Student Expedition Extras”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or procuring our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We operate a digital platform for schools, parents, students and trip providers, offering trip listings, registration and payments, visa concierge coordination, trip logistics and educational support.

2. Eligibility

Users must be aged 18 or older or use our services with verified consent from a parent or legal guardian. Registration requires accurate and current personal information.

3. Trip Listings and Subscriptions

Trip providers may list up to three itineraries for free. Additional listings incur a monthly fee per itinerary. Subscription fees and terms may be amended by us with 30 days’ notice.

4. Student Trip Registrations and Payments

Parents or guardians may register students and make payments via our platform. We charge a service fee per registration. Fees are non‑refundable once registration is confirmed, except where required by law. Invoices will be issued for all services.

5. Visa Concierge Services

Visa concierge services are optional and coordinated through SEE FZE. Full details are set out in Section 11.

6. Flights and Transport

Flight bookings are managed exclusively through SEE Ltd (UK) in accordance with UK travel regulations. SEE FZE does not handle flight services.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software and materials are owned by Student Expedition Extras or its licensors. No rights are granted except for personal, non‑commercial use under these Terms.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Breach any applicable laws
• Provide false or fraudulent data
• Disrupt or harm the platform
• Upload malicious content

We may suspend or terminate user access for any breach.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or government directives.

10. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service that caused the claim.

11. Visa Concierge Disclaimer

SEE FZE offers visa concierge services, including document preparation, application support and appointment coordination. These are delivered through official channels and recognised intermediaries.

We do not represent authorities and cannot guarantee visa approvals, timings or outcomes. We are not liable for:

• Embassy or authority delays
• Errors in information supplied
• Visa refusals
• Changes in travel or political conditions

Applicants are responsible for document accuracy and timeliness. Concierge fees are non‑refundable once applications are initiated.

12. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for breaches of these Terms. Outstanding obligations or fees will survive termination. Users may request account deletion via email.

13. Modifications

These Terms may be updated, and continued use of our platform indicates acceptance of any revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Services delivered by SEE FZE are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Services provided by SEE Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the relevant jurisdiction based on the entity providing the service.

15. Dispute Resolution

Where possible, disputes should first be referred for mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may proceed to the courts.
