Trip Provider FAQs

General

No, SEE partners exclusively with schools to offer this feature. Trip providers can however become a member and submit their itineraries to be shown to schools in our brochure.

No, the visa concierge service is available only to schools partnered with SEE. Providers working with those schools will therefore also benefit!

Absolutely! We welcome providers to refer schools to SEE and help expand our community.

Currently, yes. We are focused on serving schools in the UAE, with plans to expand in the future.

Membership & Listing

Register your interest by reaching out to us. After onboarding, you can submit your itineraries to be published in the school-facing brochure, subject to membership.

​We offer a Starter plan (free, up to 3 listings) and a Growth plan (paid, unlimited listings). Please contact us for further details.

​Yes! Growth plan members can update listings at any time. Starter members receive one annual update.

Flights

Yes, absolutely! We work directly with our airline partners to secure group bookings with competitive rates and flexible conditions. We can assist with flights, regardless of membership and school partnership status.

Yes, 100% - there’s no minimum or maximum group size.

Whether it’s a small group of students or a full school-wide expedition, we’ll tailor flight bookings to meet the needs of your client school.

​Where possible, yes. 

We always present the most flexible options so you can make an informed decision. Things happen, plans can change, and it's better to know all the details upfront. Different airlines offer varying terms, and it’s our job to ensure you’re fully aware of what’s being agreed to.

This is airline dependent. Whilst some airlines require names weeks or months in advance, others allow submission much closer to departure. We’ll clarify the timeline when sending your quote.

​Similar to name changes, each airline has its own policy. Because most school trips are confirmed close to the departure date, group flights are usually non-refundable. Some airlines may offer partial refunds or more flexible cancellation terms. We’ll always outline the cancellation conditions before confirming any booking, so you know exactly what to expect.

Payments & Bookings

Providers who are working with partnered schools will receive payments monthly, with full reconciliations, managed by SEE for transparency and reliability.

SEE will run all month-end reports on the first working day of the following month, complete all reconciliations and transfers. Reports and detailed invoices will be shared no later than the fifth working day of the following month.

​No, SEE handles the technical side and offers dedicated support to make the process simple for providers.
